Once again the Prairie Pacers and friends are helping to save lives from cancer by taking part in the 2012 American Cancer Society Relay For Life in Bridgeview on July 20, and we hope you’ll support us either with a donation or by joining our team!!!

Each of us has our own reasons for caring about the fight against this disease, but it seems that we all know someone who has battled cancer.  Walking together with co-workers, friends, and family is a great way to remember loved ones lost and give hope to survivors and individuals who are currently battling this disease.

The Prairie Pacers have set a goal to raise at least $3,500!!  Last year we raised well over our goal, and I know through your donations this year that we will reach and surpass our goal again this year!!  Remember this gets us closer to the greater goal of saving lives and not having to hear our loved ones say, “I have cancer.”
