On a beautiful Sunday morning in July 2010, over 100 motorcycles and a few classic cars gathered in Prairie’s Bridgeview parking lot. They created a caravan that rode 33 miles to the Monee Reservoir to rally and picnic to support a fellow Prairie employee, Kevin McGuire. Kevin has been a driver for Prairie for 10 years and was diagnosed, for a third time, with lymphoma. The benefit ride, along with a family benefit at Bourbon Street, netted more than $50,000 to help defray medical costs.
